Thursday class flew by quickly with multiple topics covered. Jodi Adams is one of the new owners having purchased Sauk Valley Container. She gave an overview of writing their business plan, facing road blocks, and resourcing for information and expertise. We appreciate the buying side of business after hearing Lynn speak about the sale. Students also Skyped with Craig Lindvahl, Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship and first CEO facilitator in Effingham. They recapped the knowledge of this weeks speakers, learned practiced the parts to a 30 second elevator pitch, and viewed another example of a business plan. A very full day!
