Students met with Caroline Arnould, owner of Value Lab in Dixon. Having a passion, doing the right thing, using every opportunity as a way to grow, be kind....always, and connections connections connections are just a few of the life lessons that Caroline shared that helped her business is what it is today. She shared a meaningful story of how her blood draw center was able to provide early results for a young leukemia patient who came in for blood work due to constant headaches. She has gone from not being able to take a paycheck in the beginning, to now having 5 employees and becoming CEO’s newest program investor. Thank you so much for the discussion (and treats).
