LeAndra Hartman
LeAndra Hartman has spent her entire career in the world of education starting at Lanark High School after her graduation from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. She holds a Masters in Curriculum Development. Retiring from Eastland School District (Lanark) in 2012, she quickly moved into the WACC-CEO facilitator position in 2013. She is proud to have been at the ground level as the Sauk Valley introduced CEO to this area and became one of the first classes to join the nationwide initiative. Now, over a decade later, WACC CEO has grown to two classes, accommodating more students. Along with the CEO board, Le is committed to growing and improving the program. Bringing education and business together is both challenging and rewarding. Beyond working with youth, LeAndra enjoys time with her daughters and grandchildren, visiting family in Iowa and traveling with friends.

Grace Johnson
Grace is excited to be a Facilitator for the WACC CEO East program. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University starting her career in Human Resources at a medical facility. After 9 years, she decided to open her own business, Stone Bridge Running in Downtown Dixon. This niche running shop offers products to promote people being active in any form - focusing on walkers, runners, and those that stand all day. She and her husband, Jeff, have two adult children, a mowing business, an ultrarunning event company, two beloved pups, and a stereotypical cat (judgmental and annoyed at all times). Grace and her family are active members in the community supporting Discover Dixon, United Way of Lee County, the Reagan Run 5k, and so many entities that encompass the amazing area where they live. Grace looks forward to getting the students of CEO involved in business and community development through the various outlets throughout their area.
