Wednesday's CEO business visit was to Moore Tires in Rock Falls, just one of their 6 locations. Mike Ceruzzi, Chief Operating Officer, organized the visit which included information from Greg Morhardt Rock Falls Store Manager and owners, Kayla Heiar, Kyle Moore and Brock Rude. A tour through the retail and ag side of the business helped students understand the available services, the employee training, and the massive amount of equipment and inventory needed. The concluding Q & A session raised questions about rebuilding, customer satisfaction, branding, growth and much more. Kayla mentioned a key take-away passed down from her parents/owners Angie and Jeff Moore is to operate with integrity. Sounds like great advice!
