Norm Deets, local farmer and retired businessman, joined CEO class on Friday. It was the first time students were challenged to network with someone they didn't know. He engaged them in casual conversation, giving tips on how to converse successfully and smoothly. Norm then turned the topic to tariffs on coffee from Brazil, as well as other imports and exports. On a side note, Norm was first involved with CEO the inaugural year and continued to facilitate for several more years.
