It's that time of year...when CEO students nationwide are working to figure out their class business and bring it to fruition. It is also a time when facilitators step back and allow the decisions to be made, even when they might question it. What a great time of year to learn the ins and outs of running a successful meeting. Emmy Burger and Charlie Nawrocki/Tynlee Williams, are the project managers for the class business and a give-back project, respectively. Today was meeting day, followed by a critique from Gary DeVore, former business consultant. It was an amazing day of excellent student listening, sharing, debating, assigning of action items, and learning what they can do better.
