Thank you to Seth and the team at Dixon Park District for hosting CEO East this morning. We talked about so many things. The most important being how to listen. Listening to the wants and needs of the community is a major goal for the Dixon Park District. And it should be all of our goals as well!

We also did a team building activity which was complicated and fun! Obstacles, blindfolds, nonverbal communication, and competition!!!
