CEO West students learned how Knie Appliance and Furniture has evolved over the years with a variety of products to serve its customers. Josh Knie (3rd generation family member, store manager, CEO Board Chair, and CEO Class of 2014) gave students a detailed overview on how data is collected, tracked, and used to help provide the products customers need and want and train sales personnel properly. He also shared many marketing strategies before taking us on an extensive "interactive" tour, including the Ashley Showroom and inventory/delivery.
