Brick Boss, CEO of Boss Roofing, greeted students on Tuesday morning and told his story as a young 19 year-old wanting to start his own company. He talked about managing growth with yearly goals and refining systems and processes to keep pace. Throughout the visit, it was clear that customer service and treating employees like family are priorities. Students also heard from Mike Baker, Sales Leader, Jeremey Andrzejewski, Production Manager, and Mary Fischbach, CCO. Brick challenged the class with 3 key questions, with teams presenting their answers at the end of class. (See photo captions)
