Doug Gamm has worked in sales his entire career, currently as Director of Sales and Marketing for a company called Teejet, which offers products connected to anything sprayer related in the agriculture field. His expertise helped students understand the importance of teaming up, a well-spoken elevator pitch, building relationships, creating a "list", navigating "no", and much more. He discussed the importance of not predetermining or deciding for someone whether they want to purchase a product/sponsorship or not. With new motivation, West students are ready to rev up sales and reach their goals.
