Caroline Arnould, owner of ValueLab in Dixon and Byron, joined CEO East this morning. She covered a variety of topics with her biggest lesson being your reputation. She connected her behavior at a variety of places throughout her life and what those interactions did for her at other parts of her life. One major example was a lunchtime interaction with a student in middle school turned into a reference to open her business all these years later. You never know what will connect and being the best person you can be is important!
