West CEO students visited Sauk Valley Bank where Vanessa Wahl, AVP Commercial Lender, gave a presentation on how to put together a business plan. The detailed handout and worksheets are welcomed guides for students to begin getting their individual business ideas on paper. Friday's upcoming mentor day will focus on digging into details using these resources. We appreciate the leadership of SVB staff Dawn Sherman-Castillo - AVP Treasury Management Coordinator, Sarah Cleary - AVP Service Excellence Coordinator, Arnulfo Valdivia - AVP Retail Market Manager, and Jose Barrientos - Community Relationship Banker who shared their knowledge and conducted a facility tour, helping students realize the many career paths within a bank.
