While half of each class spent their time preparing for their individual businesses that involve foods and drinks at the Kitchen Incubator, the other half of students from CEO East and West learned the valuable lesson of emotional intelligence. Le took the time today to give them a college level presentation involving a article from the Harvard Review where they split into groups and broke down the importance of self-awareness, motivation, self-regulation, and social awareness. They then went in a circle to talk about their groups findings. The students also got to start with a mini relay race of trying to open Werther’s caramels with gloves on, trickier than you would think!!!!
