Ashlee Alber, owner/operator of the Rock Falls Culvers greeted West CEO students on Wednesday. Along with General Manager John Kelly and Assistant Manager Emily Kelly, the three talked about the history of the Culvers Franchise, growth and opportunities, the mentor program, and finding the right people. Locally they focus on community, making a difference, and building relationships. Receiving top awards through the years for their commitment to excellence and outstanding hospitality proves the team's dedication. An activity to think about core values was perfect before students launch their own businesses at the trade show. And who can resist seeing a better burger built, cheese curds, and Culvers custard.
