On Tuesday, CEO West visited Evan Ernst at Refuse to Quit Fitness, a CEO alum who shared how his own journey has evolved and lessons he’s learned along the way.

Students heard about finding your niche, knowing your community, adapting your business as expenses change, and the difference between motivation and discipline when working toward a goal.
