A common theme for CEO West lately has been the importance of listening to feedback!

Last Wednesday, we welcomed Sandi Baylor-Schmidt of CGH, who walked our young professionals through the responsibilities of Human Resources, preparing for interviews, and navigating performance reviews once on the job. The timing couldn’t have been better, with their performance reviews taking place this week!

Our young professionals kicked off the week by watching their biography videos and receiving feedback from their peers and facilitator on what they did well and where they could improve. A great opportunity to practice giving and receiving constructive feedback.
