About Me

Dawson Deets is a Junior at Milledgeville High School. He is involved in Student Council, Junior Class Secretary, Band, Academic Bowl, and Secretary for the Chadwick-Milledgeville FFA Chapter. In his free time, he enjoys ag-related activities such as cattle showing and volunteering for the Sauk Valley Impact program. He also is Vice President in Chadwick Achievers 4-H Club. At home, Dawson is heavily involved his family’s commercial cow-calf operation which includes breeds such as angus, Limi, and Hereford cattle. In the fall, Dawson also helps with his family’s harvest. After high school, Dawson plans to attend the University of Iowa to pursue a degree in business. He hopes to gain more knowledge about business from CEO class. He also wants to expand his network in the Sauk Valley area
